We know how daunting it is to step into a post-university world, especially at the rate the future of work is changing.
Careers are becoming less linear, industries are more interconnected, and employers are increasingly focusing on the ability to adapt, collaborate, and lead. At the same time, it is challenging to pinpoint what you need to navigate this complexity.
As such, the FutureReady programme is an immersive 5-month programme tailored for high-potential Malaysian youth from under-represented communities to draw out the futureproof professional from within. Through the programme, participants are challenged to develop a resilient professional identity with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to thrive in today’s competitive graduate job market and the world beyond.
Selected participants will attend 5 Conferences, based physically in Kuala Lumpur as well as virtually, where you will learn essential skills, grow your professional networks and develop insight and strategies to navigate a post-university life with purpose. Transport, food and accommodations for these Conferences will be fully sponsored for all selected participants by our Impact Partner, CIMB Foundation.

FutureReady became a platform for me to meet such inspiring figures that helped me navigate my life after graduation. The mentors guided me not only during the programme, but post-programme when I was completing my internship. They taught many skills such as critical thinking, project pitching and professional development.
Not only that, I value the friendships I made with my cohortmates, it has enriched my life both personally and professionally. I got to have a lot of meaningful conversations with them. Till this day, we still share with each other every time we hear about a job or upskilling opportunity.

Eligibility
We are looking for:
Malaysian students pursuing an undergraduate degree in a local university recognised by MQA.
Students hailing from high need backgrounds, underrepresented or underserved communities
Priority will be given to penultimate/final-year students or unemployed fresh graduates.
The programme will be conducted primarily in English.
